Nomads and wild horses

Mongols have a very deep relation to horses. A fast horse is their biggest haughtiness. It is said that children are able to ride before doing their first steps. Either if this is true or not it shows the strong companionship Mongols have to horses. Due to this the reintroduction of the wild horses is strongly supported by the Mongolians.

The arrival of the wild horses is celebrated. Some people travelled for several days just to see the release of the wild horses and to welcome them back in their original habitat.
